Pricing questions

How does the free trial work?

Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Your private instance is provisioned immediately and you get the full product — nothing is locked. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

What's the founding offer?

The first 100 members lock 50% off — €3/month or €30/year — for as long as they stay subscribed. It never goes up, even when the list price does. Enter code FOUNDING100 at checkout while spots last.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing portal at any time. Your instance stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your data is retained for 30 days (in case you change your mind) before being permanently deleted.

Why isn't there a free plan?

Because every customer gets dedicated infrastructure — a real server and database reserved just for them. That costs real money to run, and it's exactly what makes Krosos private. We'd rather charge a fair price than fund a free tier with your data.

Are there usage limits?

No artificial ones. Unlimited accounts, assets, transactions and history — it's your database.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — see the refund policy. In short: the trial means you never pay for something you haven't tested, EU consumers keep their statutory 14-day withdrawal right, and we're reasonable people — if something went wrong, write to us.
