What can I track with Krosos?
Pretty much anything you own, like stocks, ETFs, crypto, cash, savings, bonds, money-market funds, real estate and private holdings, plus what you owe, like mortgages and loans, so the total is your true net worth. Synced automatically where there's an API, entered manually or via CSV where there isn't.
Which accounts sync automatically?
Seven crypto exchanges (Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, Kraken, Bitstamp, Bitvavo and Bitpanda) via read-only API keys, plus on-chain wallets by address (including Solana and Bitcoin) and Spiko money-market funds. Stock brokers (Trading 212 and Interactive Brokers) sync your positions, ETFs and cash read-only. Bank accounts connect through open banking across the EU. Stock, ETF, crypto and FX prices update automatically; everything else can be entered manually or imported from CSV.
Do I have to connect my accounts?
No. Connections are optional, and plenty of people track everything with manual entries and CSV imports. You decide what gets linked.
Will Krosos keep me in the loop?
Optionally, yes. A weekly or monthly email digest shows how your net worth moved, a weekly AI-written news digest surfaces what actually happened to your largest holdings, and allocation-drift alerts let you set a target asset mix and get nudged when you wander from it. All opt-in, so there's no noise unless you want it.
What makes Krosos different from other trackers?
Two things: completeness and privacy. It's built to hold your entire net worth, not just one broker. And instead of one big shared database, every customer gets their own private instance. Your finances are physically isolated from everyone else's, with the option to encrypt your amounts so they're invisible even to us.
Can you see my actual numbers?
Everything lives in your own private instance, encrypted at rest. Turn on passphrase encryption and your amounts become ciphertext only your passphrase can open, invisible even to us, the same zero-knowledge model as a password manager. Are my exchange API keys safe?
Keys are stored encrypted at rest inside your own instance, are never shown again after you save them, and never appear in logs or API responses. We require read-only keys: Krosos can see your balances, but can never trade, withdraw or move a cent of your money. Instances run in EU data centres with nightly encrypted backups. Can I take my data and leave?
Yes, at any time. One-click export of your complete database (plus JSON), and a delete-everything button. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
